Close Call

We were ONE JUDGE away from being told that we don’t have a right to bear arms.  The terrifying part was that 4 judges on the Supreme Court feel that the Second Amendment is debatable.  Sweet Christ.

Yes, that is precisely what the framers had in mind, Justice.  The whole point of the Constitution is tolimit the powers of elected officials and the federal government, Justice.
