How many people ever get a chance to appear before Congress and be utterly confused about $2 trillion dollars being unaccounted for?

This chick might be the only member of the human race to ever be unable to account for TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS she’s supposed to be keeping an eye on.  It’s truly a unique honor.
